What should I wear? 

Just wear comfortable clothing that you would wear to the gym – something sporty and stretchy! You don’t need trainers, just socks or bare feet.

What should I bring to class? 

I’ll supply all the equipment, just bring yourself and your own mat.

Do I need a one-to-one sessions before I start a class? 

Not necessarily.  That depends on whether you have any previous experience in pilates, or whether you’re starting from scratch.  If you haven’t been before, it is advisable, especially if you have any existing body issues such as a back problem or any other specific health issue.  Give me a call and I’ll advise.

Is one-to-one pilates available? 

Yes!  Just get in touch and I can organise individual sessions to suit you.
